CRAFT-ZAVICHAS GOLF SCHOOL
presents
TOUR PIONEERS GOLF SCHOOL
How about some good old times on the fairways with legends of women in golf?

Penny Zavichas, co-founder of the recognized Craft-Zavichas Golf School since 1973, along with LPGA Tour friends Susie Berning and Lesley Holbert, have formed a partnership to bring to women golfers an opportunity to learn and improve their game.

Susie, Lesley, and Penny have called on distinguished LPGA tour players of their era to be a major part of the instruction staff. Not only do these pioneer women have the tournament knowledge to pass along to golf students, but they also have become some of the most outstanding teachers of golf.
A message from Penny Z.
I am thrilled to endorse a golf instruction school for women that is most unique in its presentation of talent and programs for all women in golf.

The school will be staffed by pioneer LPGA tour players who I have had the joy of knowing and teeing it up with in days gone by.
The instruction school will offer the features that made the C-Z Golf School one of the best in the market since 1973, and will make Tour Pioneers Golf School one of the best as well:
  •  Human Element
  •  Passion For What We Do
  • Simplified Proven Programs
  •  Veteran Pioneer Former Tour Player Staff
  •  Personalized Instruction 3 to 1 Ratio
We haven't hung up our soft spikes yet! What an opportunity for female golfers!

HOW OUR PROGRAM WORKS
Since 1968 - Years of Successful Learning
Small Class Sizes
Our low ratio of 3 students per instructor assures you of personalized instruction. We cover every aspect of the game at the appropriate speed. However, our programs also offer flexibility. If, for example, you wish to bring your favorite 4-some and learn together, you can form your own group. However, if you come by yourself, or with one other golfer, be assured we will group you with other ladies of your ability level so you are comfortable in the fun learning environment. We welcome beginners! Our core Instructors are Penny Zavichas, Susie Berning and Lesley Holbert. The more students we have per school, the more opportunities you have to meet, learn, and play with our other LPGA Instruction Staff members as well! Bring your friends to experience the knowledge this unique opportunity provides, one that no other Golf School can match!
Rotating Schedule
The daily schedule of activities will assure each individual of experiencing the joy of learning from all staff members of the Tour Pioneers Golf School. What a wonderful learning experience being with LPGA tournament champions, players, and LPGA teachers who have reached the pinnacle of their profession. We know that no other golf school will have the experience of the staff of the Tour Pioneers Golf School.

From Tee to Green
On the practice range and on the golf course you will learn how to improve your:
  •  Driving
  • Fairway woods
  •  Hybrids
  •  Irons
  •  Trouble Shots
  •  Chipping
  •  Pitching
  • Sand play
  •  Putting
  •  PING Club Fitting
  •  Course management...
from seasoned teachers and former LPGA Tour players of the Tour Pioneers Golf School.
A Typical Day at a Tour Pioneer Golf School
From 9 AM to noon reap the benefits of lessons and practice on your long and short game. Repetition is the key to learning, or re-learning, and positive practice optimizes time spent to improve your game. Then enjoy lunch with your Instructors, followed by 9 fun holes of on-course playing lessons with the Pros to learn course management and lower your scores! We also offer welcome and closing dinners, so there is plenty of time to socialize.
Golf With Your Instructor
You will get the opportunity to put the skills learned during lessons into play on the golf course. In the case that a group has 3 students, a Tour Pioneer Golf School instructor will play with the group to create a 4-some, and observe each individual on the golf course. If a group has 4 students the instructor may hit a few shots during the round but observe and coach the students during play as 5-somes are not allowed on most golf courses. The best way to lower your scores is to play smart golf. There are tricks to proper course management that our seasoned teaching staff can and will teach you! You will have fun learning the best way to manage par 3’s, 4’s, and 5’s. You will learn when and where to “gamble”, how to hit shots off un-even lies, out of rough, fairway bunkers, reading greens, etc.

Our instruction staff will show you how to hit any shot, anywhere on the golf course!

Techniques for Productive Play
While we are serious about improving your golf game, we also emphasize the fun in golf. We help our students develop positive thinking, resulting in productive play and lower scores.
Time to Relax and Reflect
All students and instructors eat lunch and planned dinners together, providing camaraderie and ample time to ask questions and get to know each other. These treasured times when we all gather together create lasting friendships and share the fun of the daily activities.
